1. Replacement of antifreeze


Antifreeze fluid is a very important part of engine cooling system. Its main function is to take away the excess heat in the engine and prevent the cylinder block from cracking due to the ice and expansion of pipeline in winter cold. In addition, antifreeze can also play an anti-corrosion role, is an indispensable liquid in the engine. Generally, the main components of antifreeze liquid can be divided into these categories: calcium chloride, ethylene glycol, glycerol and so on. However, most of the antifreeze liquid sold in China at present is ethylene glycol water-based antifreeze liquid. Automobile cooling system is a closed system, so generally the consumption of antifreeze will be much less, so it is not necessary to change too frequently, the general model can be maintained for 2 years or 50,000 kilometers to replace once. Finally, when filling the antifreeze liquid, it should be noted that when the antifreeze oil pot is full, the vehicle should start discharging the air from the pipeline at this time until the antifreeze liquid level no longer declines, adding to the upper stop point "MAX" and the lower stop point "MIN" of the oil pot is completed.


2. Replacement of brake oil


Like antifreeze, brake oil should be checked regularly in order to prevent brake oil from leaking and causing brake failure. In addition, the brake oil has a strong water absorption. If the water content in the brake oil exceeds the standard, the water will evaporate and vaporize after the brake oil reaches a certain working temperature, forming air power in the brake oil pipe, affecting the braking effect, and even making the brake failure. Therefore, under normal circumstances, brake oil is recommended to be replaced every three years or 50,000 kilometers. When replacing brake oil, we should pay attention to: (1) brake oil is corrosive, so we should prepare rubber gloves beforehand; (2) when pumping oil, we should pay attention to the liquid level in the oil pot, so that the brake oil can not be pumped out; (3) when closing the drain valve, we should ensure that there is no air partition in the middle; (4) after replacing the brake oil, we should conduct ignition test to prevent air from entering the brake failure.


3. Replacement of gearbox oil


If the engine is the heart of a car, the gearbox is the soul of a car. Whether a car"s power output is strong or not and its smoothness directly depends on the gearbox, and if you want the gearbox to work better, the lubrication system will naturally keep up with it. Gearbox oil is different from engine oil. It does not need to be replaced frequently. Generally speaking, it can be replaced once with 2-3 years or 5-8 million kilometers. At present, there are two ways to replace the transmission oil: one is our common oil pan discharge, because of the complex design in the transmission, usually this method can only release up to 50% of the oil. Therefore, in order to completely replace the transmission oil, it is necessary to use the dynamic oil changer. The circulator is a kind of dynamic replacement of the automatic transmission oil by using the pressure generated by the machine. The oil change rate can reach more than 80%, the operation process is simple, but it needs equipment support. In addition, it is worth noting that the gearbox is different from the engine. It is more selective, so it is recommended to replace the original transmission oil. If it"s not bad money, you can replace the gearbox filter element together, because the filter element usually gathers some iron scraps and sludge, which is better than the gearbox after replacement.


4. Replacement of timing belt


Usually, engine timing belt is divided into two kinds: one is timing belt, the other is timing chain. For timing belts, the replacement cycle is usually 5-80,000 kilometers, while timing chains need not be replaced. The so-called timing belt is a belt connecting crankshaft and camshaft, through the crankshaft rotation cycle to control the timing of valve opening and closing. If the timing belt is out of order, it will affect the normal operation of the valve, thus causing the engine top cylinder. Therefore, the timing belt must be replaced when it reaches a certain service life. Otherwise, when the belt breaks, it is not only as simple as replacing a belt.
